Hi, I've been practicing therapuetic sports massage for the past several years. In 2008 I relocated to Summit County, Colorado to practice my massage in Keystone and Dillon. I also provide mobile service to Breckenridge, Frisco and Copper Mountain.
The focus of my practice is sports massage, I work a lot of local athletic events like the Granby Mountain Bike National Championships, the Firecracker 50 in Breckenridge, and other endurance events including triathalons and marathons in Moab, Fruita and Snowmass.
In the winter my work shifts towards skiers and snowboarders.
Knowledge about but limited to Active release techniques, lymph drainage Myofascial release cupping techniques, cranial sacrum and Thai massage.
I continue my training through advance courses on a regular basis. for new techniques. to help the body heal its self.
